Firstly this isnt a smart tv, its a TV loaded with an android IOS for a tablet! Youtube TV says it isnt compatible with the device so there you go, play services cant be upgraded and nothing can be installed, its android version is actually 4.2.1 not 4.4, if you check JVC catalogue the closest you will find to this piece of crap is a stock standard UHD 4k LED (Without the smart) and to top it off it runs on Toshiba Firmware, no updates for it nothing.
